Offline Growth Manager

You will build and own MoKo's offline lead acquisition strategy, taking
over from the CGO on key partnerships and running all initiatives end-to-end. This is an
execution-first role: you will manage external partner relationships, run field activations at residential
estates, and build the operational infrastructure that makes offline channels measurable and scalable.

The Imports & Procurement Officer is responsible for ensuring MoKo has the right materials and services,
at the right cost and at the right time, while managing the end-to-end import and procurement process
for assigned categories. The role owns supplier sourcing, purchasing, inventory planning, customs
clearance, inbound logistics, and regulatory compliance to ensure uninterrupted operations and
cost-effective supply. By building strong supplier partnerships, driving process improvements, and
ensuring timely, compliant delivery of materials, this role plays a key part in enabling operational
excellence and supporting the business to deliver for customers.
The Senior Officer, Supply Chain - Local Procurement is responsible for ensuring MoKo has the right
materials, from the right suppliers, at the right price and at the right time. The role owns the end-to-end
procurement of assigned categories, balancing cost, quality, availability, and supplier performance to
keep operations running smoothly. By building strong supplier partnerships, maintaining healthy
inventory levels, and continuously improving procurement processes, this role plays a key part in
delivering operational excellence, reducing risk, and enabling the business to serve customers efficiently.
This role owns MoKo’s performance marketing and overall digital marketing direction, with a primary focus on Meta and Google—managing strategy, budgets, targeting, creative testing, optimization, and performance against ROAS, CAC, conversion and revenue goals. It also oversees analytics and reporting, using data to guide budget allocation and business decisions; leads the testing and expansion of new channels such as TikTok and influencer marketing; and supervises a small marketing team while ensuring organic content and creative production support paid performance. The role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product and the CGO, requires strong hands-on platform and analytics experience, budget ownership, structured experimentation, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
The Online Sales Team Lead is a hands-on commercial leader responsible for driving online sales performance while maintaining an excellent customer experience. The role coaches and holds sales agents accountable for conversion, AOV, revenue, follow-ups, and process adherence, while actively handling customer interactions and identifying performance gaps. They also support performance management, ensure effective use of sales tools and systems, provide management with clear performance insights, and collaborate across teams to improve customer outcomes and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of online sales experience, including 1–2 years in a team-lead role, strong coaching and communication skills, commercial discipline, and the ability to balance empathy with accountability.
