No pressure. No strict schedule. Just you, your savings goal, and the satisfaction of watching your dream sofa, bed or mattress get closer and closer.

If you forget everything else from this 3-minute read, just remember these three things:

Alright then, time for us to dust off our psychic powers and answer the questions we know are already on your mind.

So.. what can I buy?

You can buy any of the following MoKo products under MoKo Mos Mos Plan.: MoKo beds, mattressessofas tables and TV stands.

Basically, if you can add it to your cart, you can save toward it.

Nice. How do I get started?

Easy peasy.

  1. Pick the MoKo item you've been eyeing.
  2. Make an opening deposit of at least 10% of the product price.
  3. Once your plan is activated, we'll send you your very own unique MoKo Mos Mos account number.

From then on, every deposit goes to:

M-Pesa Paybill: 529258
Account Number: Your unique MoKo Mos Mos account number.

Keep that account number somewhere safe. Maybe not on the back of a receipt that ends up in the dustbin. 😅

Uh-huh... then what?

Then you deposit whenever you can. No fixed dates. No monthly pressure. No "you missed your installment" messages.

Whether it's Ksh. 500 today, Ksh. 2,000 after payday, or a random Ksh. 700 because your chama finally paid out. It all counts.

You have 90 days to complete your savings goal, and you can make as many deposits as you like.

We'll also send you a few friendly updates along the way:

  •  First deposit confirmed. You're officially on the journey.
  •  Halfway there. Look at you go!
  •  Only Ksh. 2,000 to go.
  •  Target reached. Time to get MoKofied!

And if you disappear for a bit? No stress. We'll just send you a little reminder to say hi and let you know your balance.

Hold up... are there any hidden charges?

Nope. We don't do hide and seek with people's money.

There are no surprise charges when making deposits. Your money simply goes toward your chosen MoKo item.

What if I change my mind and want something else?

You wouldn't be the first. 😄

Maybe you started saving for a TV stand and suddenly fell in love with a sofa. Or maybe your new apartment deserves a bigger bed.

Just get in touch with us and we'll help you switch your plan to another MoKo product.

If the new item costs more, you'll simply continue saving toward the difference. If it costs less, the extra amount stays as credit and can go toward your next MoKo purchase. (Future you will be very grateful.)

Wait... what if the price changes while I'm still saving?

Good question.

If the price of your chosen item changes, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Plus, active plans enjoy a 45-day grace period, so you won't be caught off guard.

No surprises. Just clear communication.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request one if you decide to cancel your plan.

If you choose to withdraw your balance instead of redeeming a MoKo product, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.

(But between us, your savings are worth more when they become a cozy new MoKo item. 😉)

What happens once I reach my target?

Now the fun begins!

Once you've saved the full amount:

  1. Call or WhatsApp our team on 0701 61 61 61.
  2. Share your full legal name and your unique MoKo Mos Mos account number.
  3. We'll verify your details and get your redemption underway.

Then our smiley customer care team will guide you through arranging delivery.

Pssst! We deliver countrywide across Kenya. Delivery charges apply depending on the item and your location.

Anything else I should know?

A few quick things:

  • Your savings are stored as MoKo store credit for product purchases.
  • Your credit stays valid for 3 years from your last deposit or account activity.
  • If you save a little more than your target, the extra amount automatically rolls over into your next MoKo Mos Mos Plan. (Because who ever stops at one MoKo item? 😏)
