Role Summary

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician with a background in Electrical maintenance  who has a spark for excellence and a toolbox full of skills to join our powerhouse team. You won’t just be chasing wires—you’ll be bringing buildings to life, lighting up projects, and keeping systems running smoothly across our industrial site. From installations and maintenance to fault-finding and fixes, you’ll be at the heart of everything electric.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a crew that values precision, safety, and a good laugh on-site. If you’re the type who takes pride in clean wiring, can read schematics like a novel, and knows the difference between a live wire and a bad idea—this could be your next bright move.

If you’ve got the certifications, the experience, and the drive to get the job done right (and maybe even better), we’d love to plug you into our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance: Perform full-scope preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, pumps, gearboxes, control panels, and related industrial systems to ensure reliable operation.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical faults using test equipment and hand tools (e.g., temperature monitoring, load/output checks).
  • Mechanical Repairs: Maintain and repair mechanical assemblies, including mixer gearboxes, couplings, seals, shafts, and hydraulic systems.
  • Critical Systems Servicing: Service and maintain essential systems such as air compressors, hydraulic lifts, blowers, pneumatic systems, and boilers with routine performance checks and logs.
  • Emergency Systems Readiness: Inspect, test, and operate emergency generators and Power Control Cabinets to ensure functionality and readiness.
  • Installation & Commissioning: Install, fabricate, and commission new electrical and mechanical equipment based on blueprints or technical sketches.
  • CMMS & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, breakdowns, and preventive actions using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance and minimize production downtime.
  • Safety Protocols & LOTO: Apply lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and strictly follow safety standards when working with energized or hazardous equipment.
  • High-Risk Work Compliance: Safely participate in tasks involving confined space entry, elevated work platforms, and dusty or high-risk areas with full PPE compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience with hands-on expertise in electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical codes, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic equipment, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms.
