You’ll master the art of the deal from Kenya’s top sales pros, guiding customers to their perfect Moko product via calls and chats. Key Responsibilities
● Respond to inbound calls or messages from customers seeking to make an inquiry or place
and order.
● Capture customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
● Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
● Maintain communication with Colleagues and customers through various channels as guided
by your supervisor i.e. WhatsApp, Phone calls, Messages.
● Use our CRM software to track leads, convert potential customers, and close the deal.
● Support implementation of projects related to improving our communications to customers.
● Adhere to set shifts and working times as required and communicated by your manager.
● Suggest improvements that could be made to any of our processes, customer service
practices.
● Provide input to the process and content we use to nurture leads into potential sales.
● Provide support during the onboarding of new team members that may include but not
limited to shadowing and coaching.
● Support on other projects across the company

  Desired Candidate Profile

● Previous experience selling at similar price points (10-30k per sale)
● Previous experience selling at a “complex” company with scale
● Minimum educational achievement of a diploma.
● Proficiency working with computers and CRMs.
● Comfortable with shift work and willingness to change shifts as needed to support
the team’s needs.
● This role is based in Mlolongo, Nairobi from Mondays to Saturdays, with some
Sundays and national holidays required, depending on the shift.
● A home fiber internet connection is required to access our remote work policy.
● A proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy and managing their time like a
pro.
● A natural team player who takes full ownership of their work by tackling
challenges head-on.
● A candidate who is always hungry to learn, embrace feedback and use their
analytical thinking to make smart decisions.
