WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re expanding our direct-to-customer online sales team! You’ll join a growing team of high
performing sales professionals. You’ll work from our call center in Mlolongo, Nairobi where
you’ll learn from some of the best sales agents in Kenya, advise customers on the right product
for them, follow up on leads, and hit your sales targets each month. You’ll interact with
customers through calls and chats, you’ll receive personalized coaching, and you’ll be at the
frontline of our mission to Moko-fy Kenya. High performing agents can even earn bonuses!
THE ROLE IN BRIEF
● Respond to inbound calls or messages from customers seeking to make an inquiry or
place and order.
● Capture customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
● Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
● Maintain communication with customers through various channels as guided by your
supervisor i.e. WhatsApp, Phone calls, Messages.
● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
● Use our CRM software to track leads, convert potential customers, and close the deal.
● Support implementation of projects related to improving our communications to
customers.
● Adhere to set shift’s and working times as required and communicated by your manager.
●Suggest improvements that could be made to any of our processes, customer service
practices.
● Provide input to the process and content we use to nurture leads into potential sales.
● Provide support during the onboarding of new team members that may include but not
limited to shadowing and coaching.
● Support on other projects across the company.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum educational achievement of a diploma.
● Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
● Comfortable with shift work and willingness to change shifts as needed to support the
team’s needs.
● This role is based in Mlolongo, Nairobi from Mondays to Saturdays, with some Sundays
and national holidays required, depending on the shift.
● A home fiber internet connection is required to access our remote work policy.
● Successful candidates will enjoy talking on the phone, messaging, and interacting
directly with customers.
● Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
