   WHAT YOU’LL DO
Think of yourself as the financial compass of the business; guiding decisions, spotlighting opportunities, and quietly saving the day (and a few shillings) while you’re at it. As our Management Accountant, you’ll be knee-deep in numbers, but this is no ordinary desk job. You’ll bring structure to chaos through slick reporting, eagle-eyed consolidation, and financial models that actually make sense. From decoding variances and tightening up costs, to translating foreign currency like a polyglot with a calculator, you’ll be the go-to brain behind the business logic. You’ll work closely with teams across the company translating financial jargon into clear, actionable insights (and occasionally saving a few projects from budget disaster). If you can spot a compliance gap from a mile away, tame unruly overheads, and get management accounts out with ninja-level speed and accuracy—you’re exactly who we need.  Key Responsibilities:
1. Management Reporting & Group Consolidation
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including group
consolidated statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow). Ensure consistency and integrity of
data across subsidiaries.

2. Cost Management & Control
Conduct cost analysis to identify efficiency opportunities, implement cost-saving initiatives, and
monitor overheads to ensure financial effectiveness.

3. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and statutory requirements, support internal and external
audits, and assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks.

4. Process Improvement & Systems Management
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems, and workflows. Support
implementation of planning tools to enhance automation and efficiency.

5. Business Advisory Support
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, collaborate across departments,
and align financial planning with business objectives.

6. Financial Forecasting & Budgeting
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support effective planning and
performance tracking across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● CPA (K) Desirable Or Professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA, or CIMA.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1.5
years directly in a Management Accountant or similar analytical role.

Key Skills & Competencies:
● Proven expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
● Strong background in Cost Accounting and profitability analysis.
● Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,Quickbooks) and
accounting software.
● Ability to analyse complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights for
non-finance stakeholders.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
● High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
● Demonstrated commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
