We’re on the hunt for an Inventory Stock Reconciliation Officer to join our team! THE ROLE IN BRIEF

   Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Auditing and Verification
● Ensure accurate stock levels through regular auditing and verification processes, by developing and executing weekly audit plans, direct participation in count reconciliations, analyzing count results and data reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical inventory, UID counts and cradle running balances and planning monthly stock count across all product lines.

2. Systems Reconciliation and Error Resolution
● Resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity across systems by ensuring all inventory items are barcoded and the barcodes correspond correctly to the specific item,
correct clerical input errors and establish systems that enable sustainable error resolution and ensure system accuracy.
3. Continuous Improvement and Systems Support
● Optimize processes and provide essential system assistance by creating and maintaining cradle support and improvements to ensure continuous system enhancements and
alignments with all operations, address long-term inventory challenges and map the cradle system functionalities to physical processes to identify gaps and propose
improvements.
4. Variance and Document Reconciliation
● Identify and resolve financial discrepancies by reconciling variances and maintaining accurate documentation and managing and updating the expected deliveries tracker
ensuring alignment with inbound shipments and stock records.

          Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Systems, or
related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, audit, or systems
reconciliation roles.
● Experience with inventory management systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in data reconciliation.
● Familiarity with barcode and labelling systems.
● Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
● Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
