Step 1: Place your order however you like

• You can place your order directly on the website. Just choose the product you want, click ‘add to cart’ and ‘checkout’. One of our agents from the customer care team will call you to confirm the details of your order.
• You can call or WhatsApp  0701 616161, or message us on Facebook messenger or Instagram to place your order. Our line is open at the following times
  • 8.30 am to 9.30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday & Sunday
• You can visit our showrooms anytime between 10 am and 7 pm, every day of the week. We are located at Mountain View Mall, Capital Centre, Greenspan Mall, The Point Mall in Nairobi, Prestige in Nakuru and Bella Plaza in Mombasa. See all the pins to our furniture shop locations here.

Step 2: Get your furniture delivered anywhere in Kenya

Our delivery charges, terms and conditions vary depending on the product you are buying and where you’d like it delivered.

Delivery within Nairobi

• For mattresses:
  • We offer mattress delivery within Nairobi at Kshs.300. You can pay once you receive your mattress.
• For MoKo beds
  • We deliver beds in Nairobi at Kshs. 450. You can pay upon delivery
• For sofas, footstools, and ottomans:
  • You will need to make a 50% deposit to confirm your order.
  • The balance, plus delivery fees, can be paid upon delivery.
  • Mr Biggie delivery costs Kshs 800 for a 5 seater sofa set and Kshs. 200 per extra seat
  • Jiji sofa delivery costs Kshs. 800 for a 5 seater and below ,and Kshs.200 per extra seat
  • Footstools & ottomans delivery cost Kshs. 300 each.

• For Coffee tables, pouffes, tv stands, and throw pillows:
  • Coffee tables are delivered at Kshs.150
  • Pouffe delivery costs Kshs.200 & the minimum delivery amount is 2 poufs.
  • T.v stands deliveries are Ksh. 300
  • Throw pillow delivery costs Kshs.200 and the minimum amount that can be delivered is 4 pillows.
  • You can also drop into any of our showrooms and buy as many throw pillows and poufs as we have.

Delivery fees:

• If you order multiple products, you pay the full delivery fee per product with a 20% discount on the total delivery fee (only if all the products are delivered on the same day, to the same location
• If you want to exchange a product due to a product defect, there’ll be no delivery charge.
• If you want to exchange a product due to customer preference (size change, thickness change, change in date of delivery post-dispatch, change in order, wrong order placed by the customer), we charge the rescheduled delivery fee.
• For throw pillows and pouffes that are being delivered with other products, they will not be charged delivery fees.
  • <4 throw pillows cannot be delivered on their own
  • 4-12 throw pillows Ksh.200
  • 13 – 24 throw pillows Ksh.400
  • >24 throw pillows Ksh.200 for every additional 4
  • <2 pouffes cannot be delivered on their own
  • 2-4 pouffes Ksh.200
  • 5 – 10 pouffes Ksh.400
  • >11 pouffes Ksh.200 for every additional 2
• Products under Ksh.3500 will need to be paired up in order to be delivered. Eg. a Minimum of 4 throw pillows or minimum of 2 poufs e.t.c
• Delivery zones still apply.

Additional information:

• Our delivery team does not accept cash payments. It’s totally our fault since we have not bought them wallets or a piggy bank. Until we do, please make your payments via M-pesa upon delivery.

• Before our delivery hulks arrive, please ensure you have M-pesa ready to make a payment.
• Deliveries happen between 10 am and 6 pm. You will receive a call in the morning with a shorter time frame.
• If we cannot reach you on the day of delivery, you can reschedule the delivery at a fee of KES 650.

Our delivery rates within Nairobi are as follows; 

Delivery Outside Nairobi

• We have countrywide G4S branch pick-up deliveries.
• Delivery takes 2 to 5 days once you complete making payment.
• Our delivery team does not accept cash payments. It’s totally our fault since we have not bought them wallets or a piggy bank. Until we do, please make your payments via M-pesa upon delivery.

• For sofas, footstools, and ottomans, please note that you will be required to make a 50% deposit to confirm your order. Once your item is ready, we’ll call you to finish paying the balance as we schedule delivery.
• Please contact us for deliveries in North Eastern Kenya. We’ve partnered with G4S and they don’t have any offices in North Eastern, we’ll need to advise you on alternative delivery options.
